Supportive Environment: A professional yet comfortable atmosphere that truly values its people. Industry Leadership: A chance to work for a top-tier provider redefining the storage experience.

Cons

Truly no cons to speak of. This is one of the few companies that listens to the "boots on the ground". If there is something not working it is quickly addressed.

Extra Space Storage hones a fantastic work environment. The corporate employees are great providing a wonderful example that reward pays off should you commit to give your all. DTL trainers ingrain one on one in depth with deep knowledge and transparency of the core business. I'm grateful for the opportunity to advance the promotion of accepting Store Manager role.

Cons

At the entry level of training, the training monologue can be tedious as there is a lot of information to process; once you master the materials, it's difficult to unlearn the training.
