First, I got an email from the Recruiting manager. Though I was referred by an employee, the process was the same as any other job application methods.
I received job description and replied with my resume. Then, the interview with the Team manager was appointed. Team manager and Director(expected supervisor) were present.
The interview was ordinary or usual as one would have anticipated.

Fun and challenging at the same time. They did a very good job describing the company culture and work atmosphere. Definitely a younger team and many post grad employees. The super day consisted of about 4 30 min interviews where you get to meet the team directly
