The interview began with an introductory stage, where I answered a few questions about my UX/UI background. Some of the questions were technical, aimed at helping the team understand my strengths and the areas where I might need training. Next, I presented a case study showcasing my portfolio. During this part of the interview, I was asked about instances where projects did not go as planned and how I managed to work around those challenges.
In the following interview, the focus shifted to design systems. The hiring manager requested to see a working file to demonstrate how I organized my projects. This part was brief, as they were again looking to identify my strengths and any areas that might require further training.
