The interview process was comprehensive and thoughtfully structured, giving me insight into the company and its culture at each stage. After passing the initial screen, I moved on to a skills interview with the Senior Talent Manager, which included a practical test. This stage gave me the opportunity to demonstrate my abilities directly and receive insight into the day-to-day skills required for the position. It was a challenging but engaging experience, as I could showcase my strengths and understand the high standards expected within the team.
The final stage was a cultural fit interview with the Founder, where we discussed values, work style, and collaborative approaches. This conversation provided a deep look into the company's vision and its commitment to building a cohesive team. Overall, the process was rigorous yet rewarding, giving me a clear understanding of what it would be like to work at the company and ensuring I was a strong fit both professionally and culturally.
