The process hiring process consisted of two phone interviews followed by an on site interview. The people all seemed very nice and professional. There are no technical questions that they ask you and they are looking for personality over everything else. They stress that you will NOT be promoted within the first 2 years, so if you're big on that, keep that in mind. The questions they asked were very similar (if not exactly the same) as everyone has posted thus far on the site, so just read everyone's reviews. A little bit more about the on site interview, it started with a little 10 minute into on the company and then consisted of 4-5, 30 minute interviews where the various people basically asked you about your resume and whatnot (they also take you to lunch after all is said and done). Also be prepared to ask them a lot of questions. Some things I picked up from the interview which haven't already been posted are that they give you $8.50 for lunch each day at a SPECIFIC restaurant (the daily restaurant rotates), there is 6 weeks of training at HQ, and also that when you travel they give you ~$60 per day for food and stuff. The job is very phone heavy as you are essentially customer support for the 1st two years before they give you your own book. Also, you generally interview with 3-4 other people (and rotate amongst the interviewers). If you are going to receive an offer, it will likely come the day after. If you haven't received an offer within 3 days don't expect them to send you a rejection notice as many have also mentioned on here. Just take it in stride and move on.
P.S. there was no presentation or group brain teaser
