Online application. Wait if about 4 weeks for a response. Was called in for an interview and skills test. Passed both and was given a conditional job offer. Can’t fail more than 4 points on the skills test and they use the BAR method for the interview. Just study NREMT testing.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you have come in contact with a difficult person and how did you overcome it?
Easy did a hire vue online interview heard back from them in one week got offered to do their two week orientation. Did one week of in the field training, pretty straightforward and easy. I would do it all over again.
The interview was online. You record yourself and can retake the video if you choose to. They had very simple questions and they were very easy to answer. Overall very easy interview as you can redo basically it all.

Interview
Very straightforward phone interview. Asked basic questions about experience and why I wanted to work for Falck. Overall good experience and easy. They also asked when i would be able to start and what training i would expect to have.
