Two interviews with direct manager and team lead, personality and IQ tests and feedback from HR. Quite a long time has passed between the first and second interviews, but this could have been due to the holiday season.

Smooth.
1st interview at site with hiring manager and potential colleague.
2nd interview onsite after tests with HR, hiring manager and senior manager. Thorough screening from HR on test results.
