Family First Homecare interview questions

Completed the initial interview, visited the office, sat in on their weekly meeting. Had a second interview. All went well. Was told I’d hear something by the end of the week. Was told their was great interest. Week later, didn’t hear anything. The recruiter called me several times with an update as well as advised how impressive the interviews were. Another week and was told the Director put the position on hold as the office was going through a few changes. A week later position posted seeking “New Grad” no experience.

The interview process was casual. No pressure at all. Just be yourself. No stress whatsoever. Explain why you are interested in home health nursing. What schedule are you looking for? What’s your ideal pay?
