Interview
The entire process took 6 weeks from my first phone interview - 8.5 from the day I applied.
I applied online and then was contacted for a phone interview with an HR representative who I worked with throughout the process. She was VERY nice but clearly very busy. Emails almost all went unanswered and it would be 2 weeks between communication at times.
I then had 5 rounds of zoom interviews. First with the hiring manager. Then a few weeks later with the hiring manager's counterpart and then their manager. Then two more weeks later with two "peers".
Everyone was incredibly kind and easy to speak with but also nice with provoking questions. Each round was super repetitive and could probably be paneled in the future to save time.
Communication was not great after the final round. I didn't hear back from 2 follow up emails to HR. I was eventually told on a Friday that I'd hear by Monday. Two more weeks later, I was told I did not get the position.

What is your experience with the required software?
I had a phone interview with a recruiter. Interview had gone great, she liked my experience, told me every detail about the position (which I was really excited for) and then discussed compensation. I thought it went great. She said I would hear from them in a few days. A week goes by and nothing so I emailed to follow up, no response. Called and left a voicemail, nothing. No call back, no email back, nothing. I guess the recruiters ghost you.

Heard from a recruiter first who mainly had me walk through my experience. Then had an interview with the hiring manager and was asked typical interview questions. Received an automated message from the portal a week later saying I was not selected.

Interviewed with 3 people including manager and director. Quick process 1-2 weeks from initial call and interviews. Interviewers like to see that you are a good fit and have similar past experiences. Most employees have long tenures at the company.
