I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2014
Interview
Three managing attorneys sat at a conference table and asked questions for about one hour. They were straightforward, polite, and professional. They gave complete answers to all of my questions. I was asked to give specific examples of past challenges at work. The interviewers asked me questions about my resume but they were not glued to the resume. They were conversational and made eye contact. I was greeted at the front entrance and walked out by one of the interviewers. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Interview
Contacted by third-party recruiter, did lengthy phone screen, answered additional questions, was ghosted and received no response to follow up email. Recruiter seemed to be reading an outline or script.
They have two separate interviews. First with HR representative only who goes through any basic HR questions. The second is with a group of interviewers. I was not told it would be a group so that was a little surprising.
I applied online. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (New York, NY) in Apr 2020
Interview
It was moderate, comfortable and fairly laid back - nice people. Focus on values. They want people to fit into their culture. They focus on teamwork and respect. Questions focus on skillset but also your personality. Great team!
