I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group in Aug 2017
Interview
Phone interview. Recruiter who knows nothing about adjusting. Unprofessional. Never asked what I did or licensing I have earned and maintained for 5 years in property/casualty. Beware the question, "i want to know you." Classic used car salesman tactic. He did not care but to act in own self interest. I withdrew my candidacy.

Interview
3 round. Recruiter, panel, in person. Complete waste of time and gas. Not sure what they expect from new candidates when the field is completely new to most applicants especially in an entry level position.
