I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group
Interview
There was a phone interview and two follow up in person interviews. The company relies heavily upon the behavior based interview model (BBI). They usually do group interviews and interviews with a panel of current employees. Farmers also likes to hire from within so it can be difficult to get your foot in the door.
Fairly easy overall. 30 minute call to get a feel for me and tell about the position and sus out basic requirements for the job like having a driver's license.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Process was quick in my scenario, there was a phone screen and in-person. The company is very selective on who they hire. I must’ve done something wrong, but it’s all trial and error.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Sacramento, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Phone interview with basic questions about myself, which lead to an in-person interview with a panel of three. The interviewers were very personable. I was given a few written questions to answer and then moved to a verbal interview. The questions were about my background, strengths, and weaknesses, conflict resolution abilities, etc.
