I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Woodland Hills, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Setup appointment with recruiter. Panel interview onsite.
Panel interview was very unprofessional. Panelists came into the room and left. Panelists worked on their computers and their phones and one took a call. One panelist was apparently playing a role because he asked questions that could have been challenging, but didn't make much sense.
I withdrew from the selection process. I told the recruiter I wasn't interested in working for a company that would do this, The recruiter told me Farmers plays these games "to weed out the kind people".

Question 1
Create a presentation on a situation provided. Given 1/2 hour to prepare the presentation and 1/2 hour to perform the presentation
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
I submitted my resume online then got contacted via email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was all behavioral questions and lasted about half an hour. I regularly got updated that they were falling behind on interview scheduling and about a month later I finally get an email back saying I moved onto the next round of interviews, which was a video interview with a few of their managers. Most of the questions were behavioral, but there were some technical ones (mainly just definitions). They were all SUPER friendly, laughing, and cracking jokes. They all really seem to love working there and the environment seems really great.
