Behavioral based interview. Questions were difficult but reasonable and the interviewers were very nice. I met with the team supervisor and a claims adjuster and discussed past customer service experience, decision making skills, conflict skills, and my ability to cope under pressure. I was not asked to come back for another interview.

3 round. Recruiter, panel, in person. Complete waste of time and gas. Not sure what they expect from new candidates when the field is completely new to most applicants especially in an entry level position.
