I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Longview, TX) in Sep 2015
Interview
Behavioral based interview. Questions were difficult but reasonable and the interviewers were very nice. I met with the team supervisor and a claims adjuster and discussed past customer service experience, decision making skills, conflict skills, and my ability to cope under pressure. I was not asked to come back for another interview.
