Submit application, Standard interview with managers, call back, hired, standard tests, start date. Only problem is you never get hired for the position you applied for. They trick you and just put you where they want you. It even happens externally to other employees.

Normally you have to start off as a package handler in order to get a job with FedEx. I started off as a seasonal worker and was able to work my way to full time.
