The people I interviewed with were very professional. They asked if I had any questions both before and after the interview. They wanted specific examples of situations you've had to deal with, and how you dealt with them, be very specific. The questions weren't really all that difficult, just designed to see what you would do in "every day" circumstances dealing with the public, no trick questions. They want all your employment and residence history for the last 10 years. Be prepared with your info (I was), they were serious about that. I also had to undergo a pretty thorough background check, no surprises there. The interview panel writes notes at a furious pace as your answering the questions. Not much interaction once the panel asks the questions. When the interview was over, it's the old "we'll be in touch" thing. It was several weeks before I heard anything back. Bottom line, FedEx is a first-class organization based on my experience with people who work there, and my research on the company. They did not choose me for the job, even though I thought everything went pretty well. My background is also very clean. I still highly recommend them though.
