Quick call with recruiter with very basic info about benefits. I would have liked the recruiter to have given me a bit more info/context about the actual role itself. Then had GREAT conversation with the hiring manager

Question 1
Interviewer/hiring manager gave a great summary of the position with more context that the job posting. Then asked about me and my experiences, which allowed me to tailor to the role. Interview was very conversational and we both came to the conclusion the role was not a right fit for me. We then talked about Fidelity roles in general and the hiring manager helped guide me to roles that would be better suited to what I am looking for. Overall, REALLY great experience with this Fidelity employee!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA) in Mar 2014
Interview
I spoke to a recruiter who forwarded my resume on to the hiring manager. I had 2 rounds of interviews, first with the hiring manager and then about 2 weeks later with the heads of the groups that role supports (i.e. internal clients) and team members. All questions were behavioral, but pointed. Process in all took about 1 month. Hiring manager did request a portfolio of work.
