Process was very long, all done via teams meeting, during regular business hours. So each require you to take time off your current job. 1 interview with HR, 1 interview with the director, 1 interview with multiple team members and 1 interview with the same director as before with another director from another team. In all, 4 hours taken off current job, the company was very inconsiderate of my time. Asked when I was available but when I was never worked and they scheduled during times I couldn't attend making it difficult for me to show up, but I did. There did not seem to be a high level of respect from the director which surprised me that I was called back for a 3rd and 4th interview. In all my takeaway was that I was well qualified (I answered all questions well, honestly and appropriately) but my personality just wasn't what they were looking for. Seems like something they could have figured out before wasting all of our time. In the canned email telling me they wouldn't like to move forward they encouraged me to apply elsewhere in the company, however I won't as this experience really turned me off on this company.
