No set process, just kept adding more people to speak with, each lacking a clear topic, resulting in being asked the same questions by 6 different people. No feedback provided on each interview until I followed up and asked for it. What little feedback was given did not provide any constructive information, nor a clear expectation of what will follow. After trudging through the 2 months of the process I was ghosted. It is very obvious why they need to improve their Talent Group and I wish them the best and hope they figure it out.
