Our DEI Council has made incredible progress in cultivating a culture of inclusion and belonging in just two years – the focus, discipline and rigor by the team has yielded tangible results worthy of participating in the 2023 National Diversity Council (NDC) Index. We are pleased to share that FirstKey Homes was one of 47 companies that participated in the National Diversity Council (NDC) Index, which is an annual measurement of organizational commitment to diversity and inclusion among companies in the United States. FirstKey Homes recently brought home two awards at the Information Management Network's (IMN) Inaugural SFR Industry Awards ceremony held in Scottsdale, Arizona: Rising Star and Excellence in Diversity. Stephanie Stanley was recognized as a Rising Star for her remarkable career growth, leadership, value, and many contributions to FKH. Including her most recent promotion, in just the last five years, this superstar has held six positions of increasing responsibility in several cities in which we operate. FKH also took home the Excellence in Diversity award for our significant contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in our workplace and industry.
