Fish Window Cleaning interview questions

I was given an interview for the Milford, DE location back in September or October and it was an easy one. However I will say that I was told he would call me back with any questions and that he had a few more interviews. So i waited and waited. About 2 weeks later I called him back and he said oh we haven't decided yet. He said can I call you back later this week so I said sure. Never called so I called once again on the following Tuesday and then he told me oh can I have one more day and call you tomorrow, so I said sure and have never heard from him again. So that's how my experience went with this company. A very negative for not even getting back to me. So finally I just accepted that I didn't get the job and he just decided not to call me, but it is what it is.

I applied online in June and did not hear back until late August. The interview as basic as it could get and pretty much a breeze. The job does not require a whole lot of oversight or customer interaction so the only thing he was looking for was that I was a decent human being. He called me back the next day with a job offer.
