I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at FleishmanHillard in Jul 2011
Interview
I was contacted by the HR department in an email and an interview timing was set after a to and fro of 4 emails. I was not notified of the account practice prior to the interview. I was put through a one hour translation test where I had to translate a Chinese article. After the test, I had an interview for about an hour. I was not informed of the interview outcome and there was no follow up from HR. Since I had graduated, I was offered a graduate internship for six months with no guarantee of conversion. I did not want to do such a long internship and also, I was not keen on the practice.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The translation test was the most difficult part as it was a very technical newspaper article and I had not been in touch with Chinese language for a while. The article used technical jargon which I did not understand. There was a time limit of one hour. Thankfully, there was Internet access, hence, I tried using Google Translate.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FleishmanHillard (Saint Louis, MO) in Nov 2023
Interview
I had an initial screening with HR, a timed writing test and interviews with specific practice groups. Everyone was very friendly and my interview experience truly solidified my want to work here. I received an offer and accepted soon after my final interviews.
To start the process, you need to connect with the Talent Acquisition team first. Then, you have to speak to the public relations team's manager. Finally, you will have to take an evaluation test that will test your public relations knowledge with challenging questions. This process is competitive, but it is necessary to secure the position.
