Flexport Client Solutions Associate interview questions

Brief phone interview with recruiter. 2.5 hour interview three days later including case study followed by two 45 minute interviews. 45 interview with one manger the next week. 30 minute interview with additional manager two days later

After submitting CV on JobsDB, the recruiter reached out to me for an initial 30-minute chat. She wanted to understand my motivations to join the firm and why I'm interested in the role, as well as my educational and professional background. My salary expectations were also asked. The next round was the final round, which was essentially 2 video online interviews back-to-back of each other. The first interview was conducted by one of the managers of the larger client solutions team. He wanted to get to know me better, explained the organization structure of Flexport and where I would fit in, and also gave me a quantitative case interview. The second interview was conducted by the direct hiring managers. They probed more on my previous professional experience and wanted to understand my logic of how I handled clients. The second interview ended by a client presentation case study, where I had to study the portal and then give a presentation to the managers as if they were prospective clients. I received the follow-up call from the original recruiter around 10 days afterwards to understand my experience on the overall application process, and then another follow-up call the day after which explained the details of the offer.
