Flexport New grad - Software Engineer 1 interview questions

The company over interview candidates and had those candidates that pass the interview waiting for months . They don't send rejection email when headcount is full, instead they tell the candidates to wait for open roles but didn't give any timeline. And when candidates ask for an updated, they ghost them. I had waited more than 2 months while there're other new grad waited from January. It is extremely frustrating for candidates that invest time and effort to pass the interview but being treat like such disrespectful manner!
