The process took over 2 weeks. I applied online then after a few days got an email asking me to answer some questions about how I can contribute to the company and how i can differentiate myself. The a phone intrview with one manager. final round was onsite at the SF HQ with three members from Flexport. I did encounter the same thing as many other interviewees did on Glassdoor. During the phone call, I could obviously tell the manager was doing his work while talking me and he did not sound like he was interested in my answers or my questions. I thought I wouldn't move to the next step since i did not feel that the interviewer enjoy our conversation. Surprisingly the next day i got an email inviting me to their onsite. Got to meet 2 members from the same team and another from idk which team. The interviews were more like conversations but one thing i found was, like what others have said on here, they seemed relatively unprofessional. For example one lady who interviewed me was touching her eye lashes, yes eye lashes all the time which i found it very strange....and unprofessional...also she did not seem to want to know about me or my experience ans just rush off the interview. overall, i'd say the experience was neutral since i did enjoy some part of it.
