Flexport Sales Development Representative interview questions

Started with a basic phone conversation. Moved on to a 4 hour long interview via Zoom speaking with Sr SDRs and AEs. The people interviewing me basically ensured me the position and spoke to me about how qualified I was and how I'm the perfect fit. Was told I'd hear back in a few days. After 2 weeks, received a generic email that they went with a different candidate. After hours and hours of preparing for this interview and spending hours on the interview itself, you'd think they'd send at least something personal rather than a generic email. Very disrespectful and a waste of time.

Nach Bestätigung zum Eingang der Bewerbung direkt zum Telefoninterview eingeladen. Das Gespräch lief eigentlich super, wobei der Recruiter mir versprochen hatte, sich innerhalb wenigen Tagen zurückzumelden für weitere Vorgehen. Dennoch habe ich bisher keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Auf Anfrage per Mail keine Antwort. Das empfinde ich nicht professionell und als Bewerber empfinde ich als nicht respektvoll behandelt. Man soll keine falsche Versprechen machen und auf Antwort nicht reagieren. Das schadet nicht nur eigene, sondern auch das gesamte Image von Flexport! Mein Rat für die Zukunft: Bitte respektvoll mit Bewerber umgehen!
