I had a video interview scheduled with two recruiters ("Recruiter A and Recruiter B"). I decided to do some research on the recruiters a few days prior in order to prepare myself. Recruiter A had a confirmed Linkedin profile, but I could not find any information on Recruiter B.
On the day of the video interview, I logged on five minutes early to be safe. By the time the interview started, neither recruiter was logged on. Being professional, I decided to give them 15 minutes to show up. After 20 minutes of staring at "when the meeting starts, we’ll let people know you’re waiting" I called the company at left Recruiter B (the one who scheduled the interview) a voicemail (there was no personal greeting for the voicemail just a computer) as well as an email that I was waiting for them. Neither recruiter replied to my messages.
At this point, I am not sure whether or not Fluence is just unprofessional when it comes to interviews, or if they are just a some sort of shell company that does minimum communication to appear real.
