Interview
The initial interview was with a recruiter who seemed disengaged and frankly, bored. The pay was also advertised as higher than it was in actuality. I did not move on to a second interview though I was offered one.

Question 1
Asked about clinical background and theoretical orientation.
Standard process = phone interview with recruiter, a 30 min video interview thru zoom with a member of the talent team, and then a third and final phone check-in. The phone sessions with recruiter were more to gain information of the job, salary, benefits, etc. The formal sit down interview thru zoom was the one asking standard questions about experience or "tell me about a time" questions.
