Interview
Recruiter was late to the phone interview and did not apologize. She also had the worst vocal fry, and was clearly not interested in the conversation, it was so rushed and dry. For a minute I thought it was a prank.
Pretty typical questions. A lot of situational questions like if a patient were to say _____ how would you respond? Also asking about my goals within the company as well as future goals for myself.
My resume was not even screened by their staff even with the proper qualifications. The email I received back was "we cannot give you any details at this time as to why we declined your resume".
Sounds a bit unprofessional to me. I would not even waste your time putting in an application to this company if they are not going to take your hard earned credentials for what they are worth.

Interview
Initial screening over the phone plus a Zoom interview. Questions were pretty standard and easy to answer using my past experiences. Felt fairly casual and both individuals were warm and easy to communicate with.
