Interview process was easy to setup. A lot of reminders before the interview. No issues with setting a time and using video for the interview. Employee that interviewed me was helpful and kind. I declined due to low salary base and minimum of 25 clients to be seen each week.

I applied online and was quickly contacted within 2 days and asked to schedule a phone interview for first round to see if it would be a good fit. After a couple of minutes she stated that the position would not be available for approximately 6-8 months. I have never applied for a position that far out. I am looking at jobs now because I am ready to transition soon and that seemed strange to me. Maybe this should have been stated in job announcement. She was very pleasant and the company seems like a great one based on employee reviews.
