I applied online. I interviewed at Foresight Mental Health
Interview
Straight forward, good questions, friendly interviewer. Focus on experience and clinical competency. If you interview well and are confident it will go just fine! I would just make sure you can explain your clinical knowledge well and feel comfortable with a more private practice model.

Question 1
Varied. Focus on ability to work independently, handle counter transference, modalities, clinical experience, etc.
I interviewed at Foresight Mental Health (San Diego, CA)
Interview
There are 2 parts to the interview. One clinical and one corporate fit. All virtual and straight forward process. Although the contracts would get updated between the time of interviewing and then when hired. A lot of changes and corporate contracts.
They emailed us and indicated time and date of app . They showed up late for the zoom interview and looked ill prepared.
I asked questions and they did not answer them. I ask for clarification on job late cancel fees and no shows and they did not give me a clear answer.

Thank you for the feedback. This is not the typical job applicant experience at Foresight. We will share with the team.
Straight forward, not too hard, standard questions. Focused on providing quality care, working independently, comfortability with technology, modalities (i.e. CBT, DBT), and had a case study. Overall easy enough interview, especially if you have been in the field a long time.
