The first round was a technical assessment and after passing that it was a 4-hour interview. They did not turn on the camera which was not a big deal for me. After the interview, they told me it had been good and they would let me know by a certain date but they did not. I had to follow up a couple of times and finally, they told me they hired another applicant.
