Fortitude Systems Technical Recruiter interview questions

The company isn't messing around when it comes to interviewing. They flew me in, paid for my flight, put me up in a 4 star hotel, sent an employee to have a nice dinner with me, all before the fun began. "The fun" = the interview day. The interview day wasn't short for me. It lasted all day and there weren't many canned questions. There isn't really any way to prepare for this interview other than to be ready to be grilled about who you are and if you really want to invest in your career. I got the feeling they are not looking for someone that just wants a "cush" job out of college. I interviewed with someone that was 6 months in and someone that was 6 years in; as well as a bunch of people in between. They all cared about the trajectory of the company. I interviewed with a group of 9 people. Only 2 received final interviews and I was told by the recruiter after I got the job, I was the only one offered. They are very selective.
