Fortune Brands Innovations Sr. Director interview questions

Interviewed for two similar roles with six interviewers over the course of 3 months. Interview process dragged and the process felt very drawn out. For one interview, the interviewer canceled a few hours before and then when it was re-scheduled, admitted at the beginning of the interview that she had not read my resume in advance and pulled up the document in real time and skimmed it. For one of the roles I interviewed, I spoke with one interviewer who was leaving the organization later this year - seemed strange she was empowered to make a hiring decision given her job status. Received feedback at the end of the interview process that my experience did not have sufficient home improvement industry experience.
