Four Seasons Event Manager interview questions

Applied online. Interviewed in person two weeks later. Shortly after arriving I was told the position had already been filled. The VERY inexperienced interviewer proceeded to tell me about other opportunities for which both of us knew I was overqualified. It was a very strange experience.
