Very easy, there are 2 rounds but all the of the questions were very conversational. All the people seemed really nice and generally wanted to get to know you as a person. Was an all virtual experience even before COVID
The interview was very chill with no technical questions. They asked stuff like tell me about yourself and why accounting and why this company. And they are judging you on how personable you are. You should have 2 or 3 interviews. One with a recruiter then another with a person higher up.

Interview
There was an interview with the recruiter before entering into another follow up interview consisting of three firm members back to back. It was reasonably simple and felt very inviting.

There was an initial screening interview, and then a round of interviews with three people: a recruiter, an associate and a partner. The conversations were light and easy going. It was a very smooth and quick process
