Manager was late to video call and did not seem to care and went on to ask questions looking straight at a paper. Was glad not to get an offer bc would not want to work for a manager who is un capable of even apologizing for being 16 min late to an interview.

Two calls and one shadow opportunity. First call was a job description and the second was a call with clinic managers from multiple branches. Shadow apt was an hour long on the floor

Was contacted by a recruiter. Did the phone screening then she ghosted me. It takes 2 seconds to inform a candidate that they weren’t selected. I don’t know what’s up with recruiters nowadays but this is a very unprofessional practice that I wish recruiters start being held accountable for!

Conducted via Zoom interview. It was less than 20 minutes. The Nurse manager going over previous work experience and future career goals. The Role expectations were discussed at length, mentioning training, hours, etc
