I applied online. I interviewed at Fresenius Medical Care (Tamuning, GU) in Nov 2020
Interview
The interviewer was very friendly. I had a virtual interview (due to covid regulations) that was scheduled for 30 mins, which seemed to go so great that it ran over to almost one hour. Questions mainly consisted of customer service and care without the need for experience because the position offered paid -training and certification. Overall the process took less than one week, but I was not offered the position and the job post was still posted. I feel that employers at my location are biased and cater to the locals (islanders) more than anyone else.

What experience do you have working with people face to face?
Why do you want to be a dialysis tech?
I interviewed at Fresenius Medical Care (Normal, IL)
Interview
Phone interview then interview onsite with 7 other people. Toured the entire facility. Talked with the main supervisor for a bit after the interview and she kept using language like “when you start…” “you’ll be responsible for…” which I thought all was a good sign. About 4 days later I get a call from HR I wasn’t selected and professionally asked for some feedback. (I really thought I had this job, I’m actually overqualified for it!). The recruiter would not give me any feedback which was frustrating and had me overthinking the entire process. Funny thing is, she chose me about a month later (when I’m assuming it didn’t work out with another candidate) and again I went through the same process! I was livid and very upset my time, gas and effort was wasted. Also my hopes were crushed not once but TWICE! I recently moved to TX and after scheduling an initial phone interview with a nationwide location set here, the representative/recruiter ghosted me! Just didn’t even show. No response to my email, nothing. So basically wasted my time 3 different times with their interview “process.” I highly recommend to never apply here. If you look at their reviews as a company overall they are sub-par. I guess crisis averted?
