Odd and repetitive. This was probably one of the weirdest interviews I've been to, from the minute you walk into the room to be interviewed, you feel looked down upon in some way, they ask a lot of evasive questions and repeat a lot of them, I personally felt it was a bit non personal, the format is the old generic psychological questions that say nothing about you as a person, I got a lot of questions about why i want to leave, what I don't like about my job, negative aspects about my current job ect. After the interview I felt uncomfortable and disappointed, the woman at the front desk was also really unfriendly. All in All not too great of an interview style, very personal and very out of date with today's changes. Not worth sitting through for 13 bucks an hour for sure. difficult interview for no reason along with a 3 page paper you get half a day to write. If it were a salary position I could understand the difficulty but this was a bit much for an undergrad. They also waited a week before notifying you of the job you didn't get.
