Professional, Misleading, 3-step interview process. Apply online first. Followed by a call from HR, phone interview. Then, a date is scheduled to see you 1:1 and an interview will be conducted asking questions about call center environment.

Interview
Interview process involved an initial outreach from a recruiter. This went very well and proceeded to a zoom interview with the local manager. This 2nd leg of the interview process went smooth as well and was very relaxed and professional.
