I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Frontier
Interview
The interview process is pretty straight forward. When you are hired, they put you through a six month qualification period. This period ensures that you are can do the job properly, are utilizing all of your resources and can find your answer. The training is very boring, as it's read word for word from the book and powerpoint.

Interview
there is no human resources person in the state of Wisconsin for this company so I talk to someone in Illinois on the phone before I saw Two people in person who ask you questions, they just want smart people, I don't remember specific questions too well but I did need or to do a typing test of 50 words + per minute. Got to meet some of the management team. It was honestly pretty straight forward.

I got an e-mail from their HR department with an very low salary offer for what I interpreted the job to be.
When I called and asked for clarification, i was informed that it was a customer call center position, taking calls from customers on troubles and trying to upsell them services, which is not what the job description is for.
the HR person conducting the phone interview seemed almost apologetic about the almost over the top bait and switch type of job posting/actual job duties discrepency
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Frontier (Sherburne, NY) in Apr 2014
Interview
interviewed 2 times by 2 people at a time. They were helpful, allowed me to express myself and informed me of job duties. It was a positive experience that made me want to accept the job. They did 2 months of training which was very helpful.
