I went in for an assessment - general computer knowledge and typing test. Once I passed the assessment I was scheduled for a group interview and had to go drug test. After passing the drug test and the group interview I was scheduled for an interview with several supervisors and given a tour of the building.

It's a group interview up to 8 candidates and 3 supervisors. We all took turns answering questions, and also did some role playing to simulate calls we will be taking.

Very Easy. I was sent the digital Interview through HireVue. Passed it. Then was sent an email to schedual face to face interview. First was a group interview. Only 4 of us was in the interview. To me it kind of seemed like an icebreaker group. Them was called for the final interview. That interview latsted maybe 10 mins. In 24-48 hours I was sent the email with the job offer. Of course I accepted.
