1. Improved process pitch to a team of interviewers. 2. Individual interviews based on resume and experiences. Included two sections: behavioral; and experience and company knowledge. 3. Team activity to gauge how individual works in a innovative team environment.

Single day. They flew us out. They split us up into 2 groups. There was a 5-minute process improvement presentation, 2 interviews: one with the program lead and the other with two engineers, and one proprietary segment. Simple preparation for typical behavioral questions should suffice.
