GEICO Auto Damage Adjuster interview questions

The interview process is in 5 parts. There’s a questionnaire followed by an assessment, phone interview, role playing assessment and the final Manager interview. The role playing was by far the hardest but what really helped me was a very detailed review posted on here, Glassdoor, that was extremely helpful so please search for that review. I would say to definitely do your research to prepare for all the steps bc it really does help. The recruiter I spoke with throughout the interview process was really nice. I never once felt intimidated and she made me feel comfortable which helped ease any nervousness.

A phone interview with an Human Resources representative and a virtual interview with a hiring manager. Once approved, a background check including a hair follicle drug test is required. The entire process was a few weeks.
