GEICO Claim Representative interview questions

I applied online a day later I received an email stating that I could set up an appointment for testing. The test was a little hard as it only gave you 8 minutes to review the information that you have to duplicate to pass. After I passed I was given a card for my recruiter who I was instructed to call later that day to set up a phone interview. I called him two days in a row after which I received a call stating that he wanted to set up a phone interview with me. The interview went fairly smooth with average questions, "why are you leaving your current employer", "what interests you in the position", "these are the training days, do you have any tickets that turned into warrants, felonies, how is your credit, are you able to work the schedule, pass the drug test, etc." afterwords he informed me that he would be getting with his hiring manager to go over the responses that I gave him and that if they liked me and if i was a good candidate that they would contact me in 5-7 business days. Which according to all of the reviews means NO. Good luck on your search for a position with this company. The pay is great but i guess the best blessing are unanswered prayers, and that the grass isn't always greener on the other side.

This is the process, phone interview, testing one to one final interview. If they say anything about an email you probably didn't get it. Its a very long day so prepare to be there all day.
