This is by far one the worst interviews I have ever been a part of. It started with the phone interview, if you pass that they ask you to come in for an interview, they let you know this process could take 6 hours so be prepared. On the day of the in person interview, you take a computer test , I thought for sure I failed but I passed. You then go on to a face to face with a person that asks you scenario and situation questions, she then types it up for the managers (the ones that would actually hire you) apparently I failed here because she so nicely told me (after leaving the room for a while) she will forward all of my test scores and interview to the manager and have a nice day........considering that all took 1.5 hours I knew I was not going to be working for Geico. The only major frustration I had was, you don't even talk to the hiring manager until late in the whole process, all they see is your interview answers on a piece of paper. Doesn't seem very professional to me or a close knit place to work if they won't even interview you themselves. Also you do not even sit in an office, you sit in a hallway of a bunch of cubicles because the interviewers cubicle is too small to actually sit in, they interview you with all kinds of people directly around you working quietly.
