The initial interview consisted of a brief phone question and answer session with minor details about the position. The second phase was where you have to take a brief skills test and an interview with an HR rep. The third phase was a multitasking/simulation company roleplay interview where HR refuses to discuss the outcome. The final phase was shadowing a current rep and an interview with the manager or director of the department you are applying to.
