I had a screen with the recruiter for this role and it was some terrible interviewing. He arrived nearly 10 mins late and didn't even acknowledge it, checked his phone often while I was speaking, and asked mostly generic questions like "this job requires you to work with leaders, have you done that?" I asked to hear about some reasons that draw candidates to GEICO, apart from the reputation- thinking I might hear about some new tech or popular benefits- and he said "it's just a big brand". A very weird conversation and haven't heard anything since, but my application is still sitting in interview status on the site.
