I applied through college or university. I interviewed at GEICO
Interview
Met at career fair and instantly clicked with the HR manager there. Was asked for my resume and an interview the next morning. I met up with her along with a younger lady who was a part of the program. The interview lasted around an hour and was a little unstructured (in a good way). She had questions listed, but it flowed nicely and was conversational.
There was an initial screening and one behavioral interview that lasted an hour. The process was pretty normal, and the turnaround was very quick. Knew weather or not I had the job within two weeks

I was mostly given situations and asked what I would do in those situations. The situations were mostly gauging on what I would do as a leader. Both interviews had such similar content.
