The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at GEICO (Essex, MD) in Mar 2018
Interview
Started with submitting an application, followed by an email telling me to take 2 tests. Couple days later I received an email saying I passed and to schedule a phone interview. First phone interview lasted about 20 min and pretty much just covering previous employment. I was then moved on to another more in depth phone interview. This one lasted about 45 min. Mostly situational questions and why this job fits me. I passed that and then was moved onto the role play and potential interview afterwards. The role play is stressful. They put you into a room and have to listen to a 30 min recording. It’s a lot to take in. You’ll do with phone calls, angry clients, and haggling with repair shops. I thought I handled the clients well but I know I didn’t finish my papers correctly. But another person finished their role play before me and as we were sitting in the waiting room. They took her back for I guess the interview and they told me they’d be in contact. So after reading everything. I’ll take that as if I didn’t do well and I’ll be rejected. And I have yet to hear anything back. Fingers are still crossed. Good luck to anyone! And even if I don’t get it, it was a great environment and friendly staff.
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GEICO (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2025
Interview
applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GEICO (Lincoln, NE) in Jul 2025
Interview
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
